Coins are virtual currency used to access our content generation services. Coins are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused coins may expire after 12 months of inactivity.
You retain ownership of content you generate through Visura. You grant us a license to use your content for service improvement and analytics.
We use Google AI (Gemini, Imagen, Veo) and Stability AI (Fast 3D) to power our generation features. Your data is processed according to their privacy policies as well as ours.
You agree not to engage in illegal activities, harassment, or attempts to bypass security measures. Prohibited activities include:
You own the generated content you create. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use generated content subject to these terms.
We strive for continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates without advance notice.
We retain generated content for 6 months. You may download your content at any time. Content is automatically deleted after 6 months or upon account deletion.
All Visura content, features, and functionality are owned by Visura or our service providers. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visura from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We may terminate your account for violation of these terms or misuse of our services. You may delete your account anytime through your account settings.
Visura reserves the absolute and unconditional right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account, at any time, with or without prior notice, and without obligation to provide any reason or explanation. This right applies to any conduct that Visura, in its sole and exclusive discretion, determines to be abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise detrimental to the platform, its users, or its services.
BY CONTINUING TO USE VISURA, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT VISURA HAS THE SOLE DISCRETION TO ENFORCE THESE TERMS AND THAT ANY ENFORCEMENT ACTION IS FINAL AND NON-APPEALABLE. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CONTEST, CHALLENGE, OR SEEK DAMAGES FOR ANY ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to class action litigation.
We may modify these terms periodically. Continued use of Visura after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
